BoxView Fixed, AtLeast, AtMost SizeConstraints (#368)

* Add wrap_draw implementation for BoxView

This implementation was required because the restriction of fixed &
at least sized BoxView was not fulfilled with the default. The new
implementation takes this into consideration.
