Nicolas Dato cfce954490 [rudovideo] improvements to rudovideo extractor:
* implementing PR suggestions
* removing c13cl extractor in favor of RudoVideo with _EMBED_REGEX
* supporting VODs and Podcasts from rudo.video
* supporting embeded youtube
* adding tests
